Located just two miles from Main St. in New London and Colby Sawyer College, King Hill Inn is in the center of the Lake Sunapee Lakes region while just 8 minutes from Proctor Academy. Newly renovated, the Inn takes great pride in its open, clean and contemporary design, while maintaining the ambiance and integrity of a historic property (1834). Situated on five acres of farmland the grounds include a brick patio, pond, rock walls, apple trees, berry bushes and bountiful flower gardens. The Inns highly acclaimed restaurant King Hill Kitchen prepares breakfast daily and nightly meals upon request for the Inns guests.
General Room Information
Individual Guest Room accommodations are available daily from March through November. Group accommodations are available 12 months of the year.
King Hill Inn offers 6 guest rooms, each with one Queen Bed and Private in suite Bathroom. One room is handicap accessible.
A large common recreation room includes an antique pool table, library, games and 55” flat screen TV.
Free Wi-Fi service is available throughout the Inn, and parking is included in the room price.
Room rates range from $160-$195 double occupancy per night plus 9% state tax.
A full breakfast for two is included in the room rate.
